Our Response & Updates Regarding Covid-19


As the nature of the ongoing crisis changes, we remain committed to the health and safety of our employees and customers.

We're also committed to ensuring you get the quality parts you need in these difficult times.

Our Status:

We remain open, taking orders online and via phone, and processing and shipping orders quickly and efficiently from our Clifton Park, NY and Simi Valley, CA distribution centers.

Change - Curbside Pickup:

If you want to pick-up an order at one of locations, we've shifted our process to a curbside pickup model to encourage social distancing.

What does that mean? Please follow these basic steps:

Our on-site staff remains limited to essential operational team members only, with many working remotely from home to follow the social distancing guidance provided by health officials.

We do not expect any delays with order processing or shipping and we are ready to continue to serve you.

Our on-site staff has been limited to only team members necessary for basic operations. Those not necessary for on-site operations continue to work from home in a remote capacity.

Update - we have re-opened for business and are taking orders.

After reviewing government requirements more thoroughly and with some guidance from automotive trade groups, we're confident to resume business in a modified capacity.

Our websites are again fully-operational and customers can place orders online at their convenience.

We also plan to open our offices and warehouses on Monday, 3/23 and to continue to take phone orders as well and serve our customers.

Our on-site staff will be limited to only team members necessary for basic operations, and those not necessary for on-site operations will continue to work from home in a remote capacity.

First and foremost, we are committed to the safety of our team as well as serving customers as safely and efficiently as possible.

Update - our New York and California warehouses are now closed indefinitely and we are no longer taking orders.

You can browse our website and build a cart, but you can no longer check out and place an order online or via phone.

This morning, Governor of New York, Andrew Cuomo, mandated all non-essential New York workers to stay home. As such, our New York main office and warehouse is now closed

Dually, last evening, Governor of California, Gavin Newsom, banned all non-essential travel in the state, including to and from business workplaces.

This means that our East and West coast offices and warehouses are closed indefinitely.

With our offices closed for the time being, we are not answering inquiries currently, but you can login to your account and send us a message by using the contact us link at the bottom of the web site under customer services. We'll respond to your message as soon as we are back open.

We intend to be back up and running to serve you just as soon as possible and when the government determines it is safe to resume normal business.
